Smaller prototypes and the live explainers

The interactive pages on thetruthlayer.dev and the prototypes that never needed a deploy. Each card has a capture and a link where one exists, and says so where one does not.

  • Web page headed Three teams. One metric. Three different numbers. Three cards show Sales, Finance and Product each with a different monthly recurring revenue figure, above a dark panel reading 28 percent of US companies do not trust the data feeding their AI agents.

    Trust contract explainer

The trust contract explained from the problem up. Three teams, one metric, three numbers, and what a receipt for a number would have to carry.

  • Interactive page titled Agent lifecycle with a six step stepper on Stage 1 of 6, a panel headed Query embedding, a user question about APAC revenue versus plan, an Embed and search button, and ranked candidate metrics with similarity scores.

    Agent lifecycle

How an AI agent turns a plain English question into a governed metric answer, in six stages you step through yourself.

  • Web page asking Is your trust score telling the truth, with five scenario buttons, a gauge reading 90 labelled reported trust score, five signal bars for lineage, discoverability, freshness, ownership and usage, and a list of evaluations marked Catches.

    Trust eval simulator

Pick a failure scenario and see whether the reported trust score still tells the truth, and which evaluation would catch it.

  • Dark green story page headed One number’s life with a chapter rail on the left from Born through Your turn, a Newcomer, Practitioner, Executive toggle, a card reading APAC revenue 8.4 million with no trust signal exists, and a prologue titled Every number looks trustworthy at birth.

    One number’s life

A revenue figure born at 03:14 and quoted in a boardroom at 09:04, told twice at three altitudes. Once bare, once carried by a truth layer.

  • Coming soon on the live site, so there is nothing to capture yet.

    Same room, different job

What seven tech roles actually do when they share a meeting. The route exists and the page is still a placeholder.

  • A placeholder on the live site. The Verdict project page carries the captures.

    Trust Inspector embed

The site route meant to embed the inspector. The product itself grew into Verdict and lives at its own address.

  • Cream page titled Visual Storyboard with a form asking how to start, what to explain, who it is for, the goal, whether there is data, and the one thing to remember, with a button reading Show me how to tell this story.

    Visual Storyboard

A short intake form that turns a story you need to tell into a Kniberg style whiteboard, with or without data.
