Work

The projects, one page each

What it is, what I decided, what shipped, and the proof. Three are live, one is the public site and its essays, and one is a game that stays in screenshots.

  1. 2026-03 to presentlive, password-gated, demo on request

    Verdict

A trust platform that grades the data an AI agent acts on, and holds the agent to the same review loop as the humans.

  2. 2026-07live

    Overlay

A generative learning product that teaches a concept through a lens the reader picks. Built and operated solo, first commit to public launch in nine days.

  3. 2026-03 to 2026-06, deployed 2026-10live, offline demo

    MeetingFlow

A meeting-transcript analyzer. Three D3 lenses show who holds the floor, where attention goes and when a team’s language drifts apart, and every flag links to its evidence.

  4. 2026-03 to presentlive

    The Truth Layer

A published thesis on trust infrastructure for AI analytics, a site of interactive pages that argue it, and the operating repo that runs the work.

  5. 2026-05 to 2026-06repo private, screenshots below

    Testgrounds

A hex-grid tactics game in Godot 4. Two archons fight over spires and citadels, and a frozen JavaScript reference served as the balance oracle.
