MeetingFlow
A meeting-transcript analyzer. Three D3 lenses show who holds the floor, where attention goes and when a team’s language drifts apart, and every flag links to its evidence.
- 2026-03 to 2026-06, deployed 2026-10
- live, offline demo
- private, walkthrough on request
What I decided
- Rather than send an API key to the browser, I shipped the demo offline only. A build guard refuses to build if either client variable is present anywhere Vite would read it.
- Every flag cites the transcript lines behind it. A heuristic read says so in the interface and doesn’t pose as a graded score.
- Live Audio renders disabled with one line of explanation rather than opening a file dialog that fails.
What shipped
- Three lenses and scripted scenarios in March 2026, then the v2 streaming rebuild on 2026-04-17.
- File mode in June 2026. Drop a transcript, review the speakers, read the overview, click any flag to its lines.
- Live on 2026-10-06 at meetingflow.thetruthlayer.dev with self-only security headers and no runtime function.
Proof
- meetingflow.thetruthlayer.dev
- A sample transcript to drop in
- River Delta lens
